A design request starts a conversation, not an immediate paid purchase.
Your request
The operator is Carl F. Grössel, operating KUROLINE; full correspondence details are in the Legal notice. Sending a specification or using the configurator requests a design proof. There is no card checkout here.
Before approval
The final design, dimensions, product, quantity, total price and currency, applicable taxes, delivery charges, payment method and expected timing are confirmed directly before an order is accepted. Please check the proof, spelling, colours and fitment carefully and tell us about any deadline. An estimate is not a tax invoice.
Artwork and references
Send artwork you own or have permission to use. Tell us about any permission restrictions. Requesting a proof does not grant KUROLINE permission to publish your personal details or confidential artwork in marketing. Public examples require an appropriate permission or other lawful basis.
Changes and problems
Contact info@kuroline.net promptly about a change, cancellation, damaged item, fault or incorrect delivery. Include the order reference and useful photographs where appropriate. We will explain the applicable remedy and return instructions; do not post goods to the correspondence address without arranging it first. This page creates no blanket no-refund rule and does not exclude statutory warranty, withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
Privacy
The Privacy notice explains form submissions, reference uploads and correspondence. Ordering does not subscribe you to marketing. Any additional order-specific conditions must be provided before you agree to the order.
