Browsing and hosting
Netlify delivers and protects this website. Requests involve technical information such as IP address, requested URL, time, browser and security events. The website serves its own fonts, scripts and images. KUROLINE has not added visitor analytics, advertising pixels, social embeds or a customer account system. Hosting and security processing still occurs.
Design requests and uploads
The request form sends your name, email, optional phone, country, deadline, notes, selected product specification and any files to Netlify Forms so KUROLINE can prepare and discuss a design proof. Configurator selections stay in page memory until submitted; reloading resets them. Only name and email are required for contact. A request is not a marketing subscription.
Upload safety
Upload only artwork and non-sensitive product references you are entitled to share. Remove personal details and photo location metadata first. Do not upload identity documents, payment information, private correspondence or sensitive personal photographs. Netlify file uploads are accessed by direct file links; anyone who obtains a link may be able to view the file. Contact info@kuroline.net first if your reference requires a different handling method.
Email and agreed orders
The info@kuroline.net mailbox uses Private Email infrastructure. Email and any enabled form notifications are used to respond to requests, arrange an approved order and handle problems. Delivery and payment services may receive necessary details for an individually agreed order. This website does not collect card details or process payment itself.
Purposes and applicable grounds
We process information for requested pre-contractual steps, agreed orders, responding to correspondence, secure website operation and required business records. Swiss data-protection law applies. Where the GDPR applies, relevant grounds are contract/pre-contractual steps, legal obligations, legitimate interests in safe operation and responding to enquiries, or consent when separately requested.
Storage and deletion
Enquiries and artwork are retained while needed to prepare the proof, fulfil an agreed order and resolve related questions. Records needed for accounting, a dispute or another legal obligation may have to be retained longer. This website does not implement automatic deletion of form submissions; request-specific deletion and retention questions go to info@kuroline.net. Provider logs and backup/cache copies follow their service retention. Deleting a Netlify form or submission does not guarantee instant removal from every cache; Netlify documents that uploaded file links can remain available for 24 hours after form deletion.
Recipients and international processing
Netlify, the mailbox provider and service providers required for an agreed order process relevant information. These services can involve processing outside Switzerland, including the United States. We do not promise exclusively Swiss storage. Contact us for information about recipients, processing countries and applicable safeguards for your data.
Your rights
Write to info@kuroline.net to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise an objection. Where applicable you may request restriction or portability and withdraw consent for future processing. We verify identity proportionately and explain any legally required retention. You may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner at edoeb.admin.ch or the competent supervisory authority where applicable. See Browser storage for storage choices.
